Jalen Hurts completed 16-of-20 passes for 236 yards and one touchdown in the Eagles’ 37-17, Week 8 win over the Bengals, adding 10 carries for 37 yards and three touchdowns.
Hurts totaled four touchdowns in a blowout victory over the Bengals. The Eagles offense picked it up towards the end of the first half, scoring 27 points in the second half. Hurts was nearly intercepted by Bengals LB Logan Wilson in the second quarter, but made little mistakes afterwards. His passing day was highlighted by slinging a 45-yard touchdown to DeVonta Smith. He also added three rushing touchdowns, two coming off tush-pushes at the one-yard line. Hurts helms a good scoring offense with plenty of rushing upside. He is a fantasy QB1 against the Jaguars for Week 9.
