While Randle’s usage is down compared to his time with the Knicks, his efficiency continues to play up and lead to fantasy success. Minnesota has three games in Week 6, starting with the Rockets on Tuesday.

Anthony Edwards had 28 points (9-of-21 FGs), nine rebounds, seven assists and six 3-pointers against the Celtics on Sunday.

Edwards missed a wide open 3-point attempt while trailing by two points with a minute and a half left in the fourth quarter. After a long rebound by Jayson Tatum, Jaylen Brown hit a 3-pointer to essentially seal the win for the Celtics. Still, Edwards had a great game for fantasy as he was merely a rebound and three assists shy of a triple-double. He’s a top-20 player in fantasy this year. The Timberwolves have three games in Week 6, starting with the Rockets on Tuesday.

The Timberwolves will start Donte DiVincenzo, Anthony Edwards, Jaden McDaniels, Julius Randle and Rudy Gobert against Boston on Sunday.

With Mike Conley sidelined with a toe injury, DiVincenzo will get his first start with Minnesota. Nickeil Alexander-Walker had started their last game in place of Conley, and he should still see a significant role off the bench.

Dillingham injured his ankle during Thursday’s loss to the Raptors, exiting after playing a shade under 10 minutes. With Mike Conley (toe) sidelined, a few minutes may be available to the rookie, but he’s unlikely to impact fantasy basketball.

Conley will miss a second consecutive game, meaning Nickeil Alexander-Walker remains in the starting lineup. NAW didn’t play well in Thursday’s loss to Toronto, but Minnesota’s lack of options at point guard makes him a must-stream. Donte DiVincenzo’s fantasy value will also be boosted with Conley sidelined.

Julius Randle lit up Toronto on Thursday with 23 points (5-of-12 FGs, 12-of-16 FTs), nine rebounds, three assists, two steals and one triple.

After hitting a game-winning triple and scoring a season-high 35 points in their last game, Randle followed it up with another strong performance. He has now scored at least 20 points in four straight games and is having one of the most efficient shooting seasons of his career, which has been a big season for his top-100 ranking in 9-cat leagues. Randle’s usage is the lowest it has been since he played with the Lakers, but he has made up for it by improving his efficiency, even if that didn’t hold true in this game.

Anthony Edwards led Minnesota with 26 points (9-of-20 FGs), three rebounds, two assists, two steals, two blocks and five 3-pointers in a 110-105 loss to the Raptors on Thursday.

Edwards has taken a leap forward in 9-cat value this season, which is a result of his 3-point revolution. He is doubling his 3-point average from last season, going from 2.4 to 4.8 per game. However, he has actually improved his field goal percentage to the best mark of his career. Normally, taking more 3-pointers would drop a player’s shooting percentage, but that hasn’t been the case. As long as Edwards continues taking and making 3-pointers, he should be able to finish in the top-20 in 9-cat scoring.
Jaden McDaniels

Jaden McDaniels posted a strong line on Thursday with 22 points (8-of-15 FGs), seven rebounds, three assists, two steals and two 3-pointers against Toronto.

McDaniels has mostly been a source of defensive stats this season, especially recently. He has had at least two steals in five straight games and is averaging 2.3 stocks per game this year. However, he was able to get it done on the offensive end as well in this one. He set a new season-high for points and rebounds while playing a season-high 42 minutes. McDaniels has been one of the best defenders in the league for a few years, but this is the first time that it has truly shown up in the box score. He’ll look to keep it up in Boston on Sunday.

Rob Dillingham (right ankle sprain) will not return to Thursday’s game against the Raptors.

Dillingham usually isn’t a large part of the rotation, but he played a larger role in this game with Mike Conley sidelined. Nickeil Alexander-Walker and Donte DiVincenzo should play a few extra minutes with Dillingham out for the rest of this game.

Donte DiVincenzo (back spasms) will play against the Raptors on Thursday.

DiVincenzo will play through the back spasms once again in this game. He was dealing with them ahead of their last one, but he was still able to hit a season-high five 3-pointers. He hasn’t started his tenure in Minnesota well, but he’ll look to build off their last game.
